It's extremely important to wear clothes suitable for your body shape. These unsuitable may ruin your whole look and make you feel uncomfortable. That's basically just the opposite of what we want to achieve, so be careful, but don't forget about having fun. It's a great opportunity to find your own style and express your individuality. Don't be afraid to experiment with colors, patterns, and accessories. When we feel insecure, our jealousy has the tendency to grow and make us unhappy about ourselves. As you probably noticed, every strong emotion that comes from the inside affects us on the outside. That's why we behave in a toxic way sometimes. It doesn't define us as bad people, but it's a sign for us that we should start reacting. Otherwise, it'll only grow.
Pay somebody a compliment, but avoid putting yourself down in your head. What we're training is the ability to appreciate somebody's advantages and at the same time focusing on our own growth without pointless comparison.
